Refund & Return Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order for domestic orders.

7 – 21 business days for international orders. ( Please note that International Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail to keep shipping cost low, but will take a longer delivery time.) International customers are responsible for duty fees and any import taxes of the country receiving.

SWE will not issue refunds or reship packages lost in transit.  The customer is liable.
